We know that life happens, and you may have no choice but to be late to an appointment, or even cancel the day of your appointment. While we strive to be understanding, we have many patients to see every day. Due to the increased number of no shows, same day cancellations and late check-ins, we must enforce a deposit policy in order to ensure our schedule stays on track so that we can help as many patients as possible every day. A team member at Arch Animal Hospital will attempt to reach out to you in the event you are on your way and running behind. We ask in this event to always call in to inform the hospital. You may be asked to reschedule. *

If the account holder is late, no shows, and/or cancels less than 24 hours before the appointment a total of 3 times in a calendar year, the account holder will have to pay a nonrefundable deposit upon scheduling for each patient. The deposit will go toward your total for that day and will amount to the total cost of a medical exam for each patient scheduled. Deposits are usually taken over the phone. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Care Credit. If you do not have one of these payment options, or do not feel comfortable paying over the phone, you may come to the office to pay cash at the time of scheduling. We cannot place your pet on the schedule until the deposit is paid. *
